thyroid harmone is secreted by throid gland that is present in our neck.its secretion is very important.thyroid harmone has many functions.thyroid harmone deficeincy may occur due to gland improper function or because of iodine deficiency in diet.thats why it is recommended to take salt having iodine.thyoid harmone deficiencies are termed as goiter,myxodema,and so.these people will have neck enlarged and some more .becarefull of thyroid harmone deficeincy particularly in females..because it is one of the cause for improper babies to be born.so who are having thyroid harmone deficenecy should take tratment life long and particularly when a lady is pregnant she must concern a doctor to have special tratment so that the child will not get affected.
